Eight questions. Each one earns time on the call.

The intake is part of the offer, not a hurdle. If you can’t answer some of these, the call is probably premature — and I’d rather you book later than waste the hour on scoping. All questions appear on the booking form below.

  1. Who you are. Name, role, business name, website or LinkedIn.
  2. Revenue range. Solo / <£300K / £300K–1M / £1–5M / £5–15M / £15M+.
  3. Team size. Solo · 2–10 · 11–50 · 50+. Helps me calibrate the answer to your scale.
  4. The one question you want answered. Specific. Decision-blocking. Two sentences max.
  5. What you’ve already tried. AI tools, automations, hires, vendors — what worked, what didn’t, why it stalled.
  6. Where the time goes. The most expensive operational time-sink in a typical week.
  7. Budget if we identify the right move. <£2K/mo · £2–5K/mo · £5–15K/mo · £15K+/mo. So I don’t sketch something out of range.
