About me

I’ve owned AI ops across a decade as a senior technical leader and manager in AI infrastructure — agentic tooling, LLM lifecycle, deployment, lineage, large-scale experimentation, recommendation systems running at platform scale. Each retainer engagement gets dedicated senior leadership time so depth doesn’t get diluted — alongside running my own agent-operated business.

Termination

3-month minimum. After month 3, 30-day notice either side. No clawback — value is delivered as it’s delivered.
